1. Ms Divyanshee Singh, who appears on behalf of the respondent, seeks four weeks to file a reply in the matter.
1.1. This position was though not taken, on 27.09.2019. 1.2. On that date i.e., 27.09.2019, notice was issued in the matter, which was duly accepted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, and the same was listed for arguments on 30.09.2019. 1.3. However, four weeks are granted to the respondent to file a reply.
2. Interim order dated 27.09.2019 is made absolute during the pendency of the appeal. CM No.43512/2019 is, accordingly, disposed of.
3. List the matter on 23.09.2022.
