Section 12 in The Assam Secondary Education Act, 1961
12. Officers of the Board.
(1)The following shall be the officers of the Board :(i)The Chairman ;(ii)The Secretary ; and(iii)The Controller of Examinations.(2)The Board may appoint such other officers and employees as it considers necessary for the efficient discharge of its functions under this Act on such term sand conditions as may be determined by regulations.
