10. Suspension of termination of representation on the committee.
- If, after such enquiry as it may deem necessary, the Central Government is of the opinion that any body or association which represented on the Committee has acted or is acting in a manner prejudicial to the interests of shipping generally, it may, by order, suspend the representation of that body or association for such period as may be specified in that order or may terminate the same altogether.
