Section 8(1) in Talcher Thermal Power Station (Acquisition and Transfer) Act, 1994
(1)For the transfer to, and vesting in, the corporation, under section 5, of the Power Station and the right, title and interest of the State Government in relation to the Power Station, there shall be paid by the corporation, to the State Government, such amount and in such manner, as is specified in the Schedule.
