Section 8(1) in The Lady Hardinge Medical College and Hospital (Acquisition) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1977
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in any contract or instrument to the contrary, on and from the appointed day, the Kalavati Saran Hospital shall be managed by the Central Government as a Government institution.
