Section 90 in Rules Under the Land and Revenue Regulation
90. Extinction of rights.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in rules 83 to 88, all grazing grounds with areas and boundaries defined, constituted out of any land over which at the time they were constituted, no person had the rights of a proprietor, land-holder or settlement-holder, by the Settlement Officer at the regular settlement or resettlement of a district, shall be deemed to have been constituted under the said rules.
