Section 16(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 2017
(1)The Court of District and Session Judge of Competent Jurisdiction or the Special Court constituted under this Act may take cognizance of the offence without the accused being committed to it for trial and in trying the accused person shall follow the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 for the trial of warrant cases by Magistrates.
