11. Homoeopathic Medical Officers included in West Bengal Homoeopathic Health Service shall not opt for West Bengal Homoeopathic Education Service.

- A person working as the Homoeopathic Medical. Officer prior to the commencement of the Act-shall be included in the cadre of the West Bengal Homoeopathic Health Service and shall not be allowed to opt for the cadre of the West Bengal Homoeopathic Education Service.
