Section 15(a) in The Orissa Nurses and Midwives Registration Act, 1938
(a)to prescribe the courses of training and examinations for nurses, health visitors, midwives, or trained dais and the qualifications for their registration; and to provide for the recognition of institutions competent to give such training;
