(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions, such rules may provide for,-(a)the allowances payable to the non-official members of the Board;(b)the procedure to be adopted by the Board in discharging its functions under this Act;(c)the form in which any notice required shall be given;(d)any other matter which is to be or may be prescribed under this Act.
