17. Bar of suits against Government and protection of action taken under the Act.
(1)No suit against the Government shall be entertained in any civil court in respect of anything done or any order passed under this Act.(2)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any officer for anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
