(2)The functions of the Central Agency will be to undertake-(i)registration of eligible entities;(ii)issuance of certificates;(iii)maintaining and settling accounts in respect of certificates;(iv)repository of transactions in certificates; and(v)such other functions incidental to the implementation of renewable energy certificate mechanism as may be assigned by the Commission from time to time.
