Section 69(2) in The Himachal Pradesh Minor Canals Act, 1976
(2)The Himachal Pradesh Minor Canals Ordinance, 1976 (3 of 1976) is hereby repealed.Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under aforesaid Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act, as if this Act had commenced on the 7th April, 1976.
