The petitioner is accused of the case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the petitioner and other accused persons were found to be amongst the persons who procured job on the basis of forged documents.
Submission is that other
identically situated accused have been
granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 20th of July, 2011 in Cr. Misc. No. 21095 of 2011.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2 learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/court concerned, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2011.
