Section 19(1) in Delhi Prisons (Inspection, Meetings and Duties of Officers) Rules, 1988
(1)The Superintendent shall hold a weekly parade of all prisoners for the time being confined in the jail for purposes of muster and inspection. The parade shall 'ordinarily be held on the Monday of each week.
