Section 25 in The Bombay Minor Mineral Extraction Rules, 1955
25. Prohibition of premium.
- No person in granting or transferring a quarrying lease or any right, title or interest in any such lease, shall charge any premium in addition to or in lieu of the surface rent, dead rent or royalty specified in such lease or such proportionate part of such fee, rent or royalty as is payable in respect of the right, title or interest transferred.
