Section 16(2) in The Punjab Land Reforms Rules, 1973
(2)The Treasury Officer or Sub-Treasury Officer shall prepare a monthly statement in form 'H' and send one copy thereof to the Collector of the district or the officer authorised by the State Government, who shall consolidate all the statements for the district in form 'I'.
