Section 1 in The U.P. Area Development (Regulation of Water Supply) (Osrabandi) Rules, 1979
1. Short title and commencement.
- (i) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Area Development (Regulation of Water Supply) (Osrabandi) Rules, 1979.(ii)They shall come into force with effect from the dale of their publication in the Gazette.
