Section 32(1) in THE RASHTRIYA RAKSHA UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
(1)The University shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare an annual statement of accounts including the balance-sheet in such form and accounting standard as may be specified, by notification, by the Central Government in consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India.
