Section 63(1) in Rajasthan Land Pooling Schemes Act, 2016
(1)Where no appeal has been presented under section 55 in respect of a matter arising out of clause (iii), clause (iv), clause (vi), clause (vii), clause (viii) or clause (x) of sub-section (4) of section 23, the decision of the Land Pooling Officer shall be final and binding on the parties.
