The learned counsel for the parties have made a mention and submitted ad idem that the other writ petition involving similar and akin issues has already been dismissed by this Court and have referred to the order dated 09.02.2012 passed in CWP No. 8268/2011 : Kamal Jakhad & Ors. Vs. Jaipur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. & Ors.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is also dismissed in the light of the decision in Kamal Jakhad's case (supra) and in the same terms.
