Section 26(5) in Chit Funds (Rajasthan) Rules, 1989
(5)Every document relating of the security given by prized subscribers shall as soon as it is received by field in the file mentioned in clause (8) of Rule 25. The file shall contain an index for facilitating the security of the documents.
