Section 2(1)(h) in Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test for Diploma and B.Sc. Degree Holders (ECET/ECET-AC) for Admission into second year Under Graduate Courses in Engineering/ Pharmacy Rules, 2008

(h)"Convener" means the authority/ officer appointed by the Competent Authority in consultation with Chairman for conducting the Engineering Common Entrance Test for Diploma and Degree Holders and for performing such other functions relating to the said Test as entrusted to him by the Competent Authority.
