Section 150(1)(b) in The Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994

(b)by affixing a copy thereof on the notice boards-

(i)in the office of the Collector of district in which area or route covered by the Scheme or part thereof lies;

(ii)in the office of the Regional Transport Authority or Authorities within whose jurisdiction the area or route covered by the scheme or part thereof lies; and
