Section 23(1) in The U.P. Harcourt Butler Technical University Act, 2016
(1)There shall be four Deans of University Schools with four different schools in the University, namely School of Engineering, School of Chemical Technology, School of Basic and Applied Sciences, and School of Humanities and Social Sciences, each for one school.
