(1)All roadside trees which have been planted and reared by or under the orders of, or at the expense of, the State Government and all trees which have been planted and reared at the expense of local funds by the side of any road which vests in the State Government, shall vest in the State Government.(2)In the event of such trees dying or being blown down or being cut down by order of the Collector, the timber shall be the property of the State Government.
