Heard on the question of admission and interim relief.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition be disposed of in terms of the order passed by this court in W.P. No. 11308/2013 on 17.07.2013.

The petitioners submit that as they are holding the D.Ed/B.Ed. certificates, therefore, they are entitled to be considered for appointment on the post of Samvida Shala Shikshak Grade-III- but their claims have not been considered by the respondents. The petitioners submit that in view of the provisions of rule and the decision of this Court rendered in the case of Smt. Sanyogita Thakur V. State of M.P. W.P. No. 4529/2013 decided on 21.3.2013, reported in 2013 MPLJ vol (2) 206, the petitioners' claims deserve to be considered by the respondents.

Looking to the fact that the petitioners have directly approached this Court without filing any representation before the respondents/authorities, the petition filed by the petitioners is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners that in case the petitioners file a representation before the respondents authorities alongwith a copy of the order passed today and a copy of the petition within 15 days from today, the concerned authority shall consider and take decision thereon as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid direction, the petition filed by the petitioners stands disposed of.
