Section 285C(2) in Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920
(2)The [District Collector] [Substituted by the Tamil Nadu Municipal Laws (Amendment) Act, 2003 (Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2003).] may, after local inspection, grant a licence with such conditions or directions, subject to such rules as may be prescribed.
