Section 29(1) in The Reserve And Auxiliary Air Forces Act, 1952
(1)Every member of an Air Force Reserve or the Auxiliary Air Force shall, during the period of training or active service, receive such pay and allowances as are admissible to an officer or airman, as the case may be, in the corresponding rank, branch or trade of the Air Force.
