The Petitioner is a lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and as an advocate-on-record of the Supreme Court, who is seeking payment of outstanding dues of approximately Rs.48,42,341/- from the State of West Bengal. The Petitioner was a counsel for the State of West Bengal engaged before the Supreme Court and accordingly seeks payment of the said outstanding fee.

3. Issue notice to the Mr. Suhaan Mukerji, Standing Counsel, State of West Bengal (Mobile No.- 9560541151, e-mail: [email protected] ). Registry to issue notice to Mr. Mukerji to file a response within a period of four weeks.

4. The notice may be taken dasti from the Registry to be served upon Mr. Mukerji.
