Section 13 in The Bihar State Information Commission (Management) Regulation, 2007
13. Award of costs by the Commission.
- The Commission may award such costs or compensation to the complainant/appellant to be met by public authority concerned as it deems fit having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case.
