Section 9(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Labourers-Farmers (Social Security and Welfare) Act, 2006
(1)There shall be a Fund constituted in the name and style as "Tamil Nadu Agricultural Labourers - Farmers Social Security and Welfare Fund" under a scheme and all monies received from the sources as specified in sub-section (3) shall be credited to such Fund.
