Section 74(2) in West Bengal Municipal (Employees' Service) Rules, 2010
(2)Earned leave An employee of this category is entitled to earned leave on full pay to the extent of 21 days in a financial year :Provided that when the earned leave amounts to 82 days, he shall cease to earn such leave.
