During the course of hearing, the petitioner submits that the correspondence Annexure R-2 that was made to her dated 03.01.2017 is an antedated document. She submits that in fact the document which was served to her reflects the date of issuance to be 03.01.2018. It was also signed on 03.01.2018 yet the date for appearance of the petitioner was fixed on 08.01.2017.
Shri Neeraj Choubey, advocate, appearing for the respondents submits that there appears to be some clerical error insofar as the date is concerned and he shall produce before this Court the original copy of the same and the copy of the dispatch register also to show that there is no tampering with the said document.
In addition, this Court also wants the original answer sheet of the petitioner which was subjected to revaluation and the reasons so assigned by the university authorities or the experts who had re-examined the copy of petitioner along with their report.
