(2)[ A person whose services have been terminated otherwise than by way of dismissal may be reemployed with the prior sanction of the Executive Committee in the case of appointments to posts belonging to Class-I and of the Chairman in the case of appointments to posts belonging to Class-II, III & IV.]Provided that where the appointing authority specified in Schedule-I is the Executive Committee or the Chairman, as the case may be, the said authority, and in any other case, with the prior approval in writing of the Managing Director, the appointing authority to the post may re-employ a person who has resigned from service.]
