Section 66 in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
66. Repair of damaged scaffold.
- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that -(a)no building worker is permitted to work on a scaffold which has been damaged or weakened unless adequate safety measures have been taken to ensure the safety of such building worker;(b)necessary warning signs are displayed at such places where repairs of scaffold are undertaken.
