Section 22(c) in Code of Regulations for Anglo-Indian Schools-Tamil Nadu State
(c)A recognized school shall be open at all times and in all its departments to the Inspectors, but it shall be no part of his duties to enquire into any instruction in religious subjects given at such school or to examine any pupil therein in religious knowledge or in any religious subjects or book Vide also Article 126.
