Section 27(b) in Jammu and Kashmir Nursing Council Act, 2012
(b)procures or attempts to procure registration under the provisions of the Act by making or producing or causing to be made or produced any false, incorrect or fraudulent declaration or representation whether in writing or otherwise; or
