Section 58(1) in Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)Every petition, application or grievance made to the Commission shall be made alongwith payment of the appropriate fees specified in the Schedule to these regulations. However, every application made for the grant of a licence, under section 14 of the Act shall be accompanied by such fee as may be prescribed by the State Government under section 15 of the Act.
