(1E)[If default is made in complying with the provisions of sub-section (1-C) or (1-D), the company and every officer of the company who is in default, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees and also with a further fine which may extend to fifty rupees for every day after the first during which the default continues.
