ORAL ORDER
24 05-09-2018The learned counsel for the respective parties in all the writ petitions have submitted that in some cases report is available and in some cases the report has not been supplied to the petitioners or the respondents respectively.
In such view of the matter, it is directed that the concerned authorities may apply for the certified copy of the report latest by 07.09.2018 so that the report can be made available to them by 10.09.2018. In case, any objection has to be filed either by the petitioners or the respondents, the same be filed by 17.09.2018, failing which it would be deemed that the respective parties do not have any objection to the report submitted by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.N. Jha (retired) i.e. the sole Member of one man Committee.
