Section 33(2) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General Rules, 2000
(2)In places where it is customary for any agricultural produce to be measured instead of being weighed, the committee may specify place within or outside the market for that purpose and make arrangements for the measuring of such produce on payment of such fees as may be prescribed by its bye-laws.
