Section 12(1) in Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer's Right to Information) Regulations, 2000
(1)The licensee maybe exempted from the notice requirements of these Regulations where the Consumer's installation poses a danger to the health and safety of the Licensee's employees or the public and in 'force Mazeure' conditions.
