Section 34(c) in Maharashtra Paramedical Council Act, 2011
(c)will fully makes or causes to be made any false representation in any manner relating to the certificate of registration issued under the provisions of this Act, shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to twenty thousand rupees, or with both.
