Section 67(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipal Tramways (Construction, Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2008
(1)If any person commits any offence under Sections 46, 50, 51, 59, 61, 63, 64 and 65, any police officer not below the rank of Head Constable, may without warrant arrest him.
