12. Powers of Director to enter into arrangements for assistance.
- The Director, may, with the previous sanction of the Government, enter into arrangements with any person who employs and maintains personnel, or keeps equipments for fire-fighting purposes, to secure on such terms as to payment or otherwise as may be provided under the arrangements, the provisions by that person of assistance for the purpose of dealing with fire in any area in which this Act is in force.
