This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 04.11.2014 and investigate the case and file charge sheet.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. It is the case of the defacto complainant that he belongs to the ruling party and that he is running Aavin Milk Vending Outlet for the past several years. It is alleged in his complaint dated 04.11.2014, that he has not been receiving supplies of milk from Tamil Nadu Co-operative Milk Producers Federation Ltd. - TCMPF, [Aavin], in connection with which he went and lodged a complaint with Mr.Kathirvel and Mr.Ramesh Kumar, General Managers of Aavin. While so, it is alleged in the complaint that one Mr.Rao, Area Manager, Aavin, had come to the outlet of the petitioner and had taken away the photo of the former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu hanging on the wall of his outlet.

On a reading of the complaint it apparently appears, that the petitioner has not been getting supplies of milk for some reason which he has not properly disclosed and in order to cover up his lapse, he has set up a story as if the Officers of Aavin had come to his outlet and taken away the photograph of the former Chief Minister.
5. A perusal of the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.11.2014 would go to show that it does not disclose any offence warranting investigation.
Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
