(3)A fee of [rupees fifty] [Substituted vide Notification No. 1044-L.W./1R-2/2001, dated 20-12-2005.] rupees shall be charged on each such endorsement. The [occupier] [Substituted by (Amendment) Rules, 1991 dated 27.11.1991] to whom the licence is to be transferred shall submit a notice of occupation as nearly as possible in Form No.2, and shall pay the endorsement fee.]
