Section 3(1) in The Orissa Industrial Housing Act, 1966
(1)This Act shall apply to houses constructed by the State Government or any local authority for the occupation of industrial workers under the Housing Scheme for industrial workers subsidised by the Central Government (hereinafter called the Subsidised Industrial Housing Scheme) or under any other scheme of the State or Central Government to be notified in that behalf.
