19. Appointment of Organiser.
- The Executive Committee shall appoint a person from amongst the Members of the District Council who will be designated as "Organiser" for assisting the Association in promotion of growers. The Organiser so appointed shall hold office at the pleasure of the Executive Committee. He shall submit such reports as may be asked for from time to time to the Chairman. His remuneration and allowances shall be determined by the Association.
